How to find your driver. Once you have collected your luggage, your driver will be waiting outside the arrival hall holding a sign with your name on it. Please identify yourself by showing him a copy of your booking voucher. If you have difficulty locating your designated driver, please dial the hotline support services specified in the voucher, where an English-speaking representative will help you. (The international code must be dialed if calling from a mobile or landline.)
In the amount not exceeding number of places for luggage in the car. Type of luggage: non-standard, if allowed, is specified above. If not specified, then only standard luggage is allowed: suitcases up to 68 x 53 x 35 cm each. Hand luggage is transported in the cabin if there is not enough space in the luggage compartment.
There should be a child seat for the children 2 years and older specified in the order. Infant's transportation is included in the price of the transfer. Parents can hold their infants on their hands during the trip. If a separate seat is required for the infant - it is important to book a place for him as for a child aged 3-11.
