Refund Policy

At Next Holidays Travel and Tourism LLC, we strive to provide our customers with seamless and enjoyable travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change, and cancellations or modifications might be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds, cancellations, and non-refundable services to ensure transparency and fairness for both our customers and our company.

1. General Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking, supplier policies (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.), and the timing of the cancellation.

Many travel services (such as discounted airfares, hotel bookings, and special packages) may be non-refundable as per the terms set by third-party providers.

Next Holidays Travel and Tourism LLC acts as an intermediary between customers and travel suppliers, meaning we must adhere to their cancellation and refund rules.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

Refundable Bookings: If a booking is eligible for a refund, the amount returned will depend on the supplier’s policy and any applicable cancellation fees. Processing times may vary (typically 7–30 business days).

Non-Refundable Bookings: Some bookings (e.g., promotional fares, certain hotel reservations, or last-minute deals) may not qualify for any refund. Customers will be informed of this before confirmation.

Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of a booking is refundable (e.g., flights but not hotels), refunds will be processed accordingly.

Processing Fees: Next Holidays Travel and Tourism LLC may retain a service fee for cancellations, as administrative costs apply.

3. Supplier-Imposed Fees

Airlines, hotels, and other service providers often enforce strict cancellation policies. These rules override Next Holidays Travel and Tourism LLC’s policies, and we cannot issue refunds if the supplier denies them.

Airline Tickets: Most discounted fares are non-refundable. Some may allow changes with penalties, while others are entirely inflexible.

Hotel Reservations: Refundability depends on the rate type booked (e.g., "Free Cancellation" vs. "Non-Refundable").

Tour Packages & Activities: Many tours have strict cancellation windows (e.g., 48–72 hours prior) for refunds.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for a booked service (flight, hotel, tour, etc.) without prior cancellation will result in a full forfeiture of the payment with no refund.

5. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

Next Holidays Travel and Tourism LLC is not liable for refunds due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters, pandemics, or government travel restrictions.

Airline/hotel operational changes (delays, cancellations, overbookings).

In such cases, we will assist customers in rescheduling or claiming refunds only if permitted by the supplier.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–30 business days to reflect in the original payment method, depending on banking processes.

7. Disputes & Customer Support

If you believe a refund was wrongly denied, please contact our customer support team at info@nextholidaystravel.com .

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

8. Policy Updates

Next Holidays Travel and Tourism LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Customers are bound by the policy in effect at the time of booking.

By making a booking with Next Holidays Travel and Tourism LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
